I’m visiting my mom in Gladewater and her washer broke while I was here so I went down the street to wash clothes. Place seems really sketch! And if you use the app to wash clothes (with a card) then there is an automatic $20 charge. I thought it was a scam at first but no, it’s just a hold. The largest load on the weekend was $11 (about 8 loads of laundry) and then there was no min for the dryer! I made an appointment to make this review because I couldn’t find any information online. If you’re the owner, you should really update your info. But overall, it was a quiet and pleasant experience.

This was an unexpected trip due to one of our facility dryers going out and I had 5 Mega loads waiting to dry, 2 loads washing while 1 was drying with only an hour and a half to get it done. This place was a life saver

I recently visited this laundromat and found it to be quite convenient with its large washers at reasonable prices. However, the facility could benefit from better upkeep and cleaning. On the plus side, the location is very convenient, and they offer change machines and detergent dispensers for purchase. There’s also an option to pay with a card via their app, though I used cash during my visit. Overall, a decent place to do laundry, but it could use some improvements in maintenance.

First time coming here. It cost me 2.00 more in gladewater to wash and the dryers worked perfectly. The place was clean. Great atmosphere. They had easy handicapped access to front door and plenty of parking spaces.

Washers and dryers that I used worked perfectly. Was warned by another patron to not use machine #1 dryer as it eats your money. Bathroom was acceptable but could use paper towels or hand dryer and soap.

I rarely give negative reviews, but I am extremely unhappy with this situation. I used 2 different washing mashing, 2 totally different sizes, with different water temp settings selected- but neither had hardly any water actually fill up in the machine. When the $5 washer finished almost half of my clothes never even got wet! (And No, there were not too many clothes in the machine). I have sent several messages to the contact listed for maintenance/machines issues but have not yet received any response. I spent time and almost $10 for nothing. Then had to load up wet clothes & drive to another 24 hour laundry mat and rewash everything. Anyone who doesn't have a washer /dryer at home knows how much time and money you end up spending doing laundry every week. I don't want someone else to have to go thru this ordeal like I have had to do.

I have been using this laundry mat for years and honestly it used to be better. As long as you come early before the crowds everything is clean and tidy. I don't think they have anybody here keeping the area clean anymore.Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday they have a midweek special where every machine gives a discount which makes it awesome if you're having to wash a whole lot of laundry. Also midweek especially in the morning it's hardly ever crowded so there's no fighting over machine with anyone.Best part is they use the Dexter pay app and that saves so much time from tediously adding quarter after quarter to a machine. Download the app to your phone add a debit card and you're good to go. The greatest feature about this is that it let's you know exactly when your machines are done.Another added bonus this place is 24 hours so no matter how busy your schedule is you can always come in when you have time to get your laundry done.

Great size, always room to wash, never clean or swept and a bit expensive. During the last visit it seemed like someone stole the baskets. There were only four for the entire mat.
