I had a scheduled delivery for 3/10/2022. The driver called that morning to state he could not deliver to my house and asked if someone could meet him in town to pick up. My husband took off work, missing approximately 30-45 minutes of pay to meet the driver. I called Estes Express the next morning to ask for some type of compensation as they did NOT deliver and I'm quite sure THEY got paid for delivering. The person I spoke to (Brian) said no, there was nothing they could do. He stated it was up to each individual driver to deliver to a certain address or not. If we could not meet them, they would send my product back to the original company I purchased from for them to make other arrangements for delivery. Brian offered no solutions, no refund of any sort and quite frankly didn't seem to care. Apparently, Estes Express gets paid whether they actually deliver or not and they care nothing about customer service. What a great way to run a company! Good job Estes. I'll be sharing my review with every social media platform and contacting everyone in your company from the branch manager in your Longview, Texas location to the COO and President located in Virginia. You haven't heard the last of me! Have a great day! Thanks for NOTHING!

They lost 31 door frames and after waiting on hold for twenty minutes I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I will tell all futures vendors to ship with anyone but ESTES. This has put my project back at least 3 weeks for completion.i can't belive how unconcerned they were.

Estes Time Critical Division are great and they are completely professional, efficient, and friendly. Their service is exceptional with reliable results. You get the sense that they actually care about your shipment which sets them apart from the run-of-the-mill carrier service you get with other carriers. Highly recommended!

Reach out to Dawn at Estes almost daily, and every time it's a great response with an accurate ETA that i'm needing. Very proactive with all of my needs. If she knows she's going to be out of town, will update me with another point of contact i can reach out to. Love the service
