I have also called customer service and I can say I wish I would have changed sooner. My service is better at my job, checking clients out on my hotspot is much faster than Verizon.”
“I didn't get my delivery on time, but everything else was fine. They delivered the next morning. The manager she tried to find me the items that I needed but there were no other stores in the area that had the leather sectionals. D came in off of delivery and took over the paperwork and he was amazing with getting me the price range that I needed. I understand things happen.”

“I forget the young man's name but I've been here a few times myself just getting help with an issue I had but last time I Brought my nephew in with me to see about new phone and it blew my mind how this guy helped us get the best deal I've ever seen! We both got new beautiful phones both unlimited everything of course and everything for almost nothing at all. I walked in with my phone one line walked out with 2 new phones 2 Lines for less than I was paying for just the one, this guy helped us for a good while until we were able to get everything we wanted and more at a rate better than anything else out there. Go to this store and I promise you will leave happy ill never use another branch only the green st location in Longview. He even gave us phone cases for no other reason but kindness. Big teddy bear this guy was just makes you feel welcome unlike those pushy sales people”

“Although location has been here for a while it recently switched to a 7-Eleven.Staff is friendly and they keep the store stocked, fountain drinks are really good they keep the carbonation going and they always taste good. Also for under a dollar for a huge drink. Yeah this is the place to go. The pizza is good and always served warm. They have a lot of different foods that they serve and for being gas station food everything is tasty and fresh.”

“To be honest, my experiences at Best Buy haven't been the best. The customer service hasn't been something that you could depend on in the past. Lately, the service has improved immensely. I've really been impressed. When you enter the store, someone will immediately try to help you and if you want to browse on your own they will not pressure you. That was my biggest gripe along with a few minor quibbles in the past.”

Night staff is pretty friendly.Gas pumps feel a little slow...but they did even before it was a 7-Eleven. Occasional floor puddles on the 7-Eleven side form equipment issues.”
