Crystal, Dr. Chambers, and Dr. Martin were amazing with my lab mix, Jasper. Jasper had consumed numerous Deramaxx and Gabapentin on a Sunday. Of course our local vet was closed and the closest animal hospital to us, 25 miles away, did not have a Dr available. We drove 60 miles to East Texas Pet Emergency Clinic and all of their staff and vets were amazing with my sweet boy. They immediately took our dog back and started treatment and kept us informed of every detail and did not “sugarcoat “ the possible outcome. Our sweet boy Jasper is still at our local vet recovering but I feel as though he is alive today because of their quick and meticulous actions.

I was able to get assistance with my situation and the person on the phone was extremely nice and understanding that my language was a little foul because I was stressed out over my dog thank yall very much this was amazing

We are grateful for the emergency pet clinic. They are the after hours care team for our vet. When our Beagle seemed to be in life threatening distress they took care of him immediately. Dr. Martin was ver patient to explain the situation. Our puppy had to stay overnight and we received a call before the assistants shift was over to give us an update. All financial details were explained before procedures were performed. I pray no one has to go through a pet emergency but if you do, I highly recommend the Esst Texas Pet Emergency Clinic.

We called ahead and was greeted by a cheerful voice that told us to come on in. The staff was professional, kind and kept us informed throughout our time there. They were very thorough and we couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. We highly recommend this clinic.

Took my 1 y/o puppy here for a snake bite. They gave her excellent care, explained her treatment plan thoroughly and with options that accounted for cost differences. We ended up taking the most aggressive route of treatment and they were still very reasonable priced and honest. Highly recommend. Can't say enough great things.

I am so thankful to have this facility in Longview. They are the only one that provides ICU/irgent care when the veternary offices close. Saw many injuries and snake bite come through that night,nothing they couldnt handle.

I read a comment on a Facebook page called National Snakebite Support that most of staff follows their snakebite treatment protocols. I just wanted to say you all are outstanding for doing that! If I lived near, I'd definitely have you guys as my emergency vets.

Really appreciated everyone at this vet office. They got us in very quickly on a Sunday and showed genuine concern and care for my lab. They were very up front about financials, explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions without making me feel like a burden. I was in a scary and really sad situation and they were very empathetic, comforting and honest. Highly recommend them. Vet tech and vet were absolutely fantastic (I wish I could remember their names to mention in this review - couldn’t focus on much at the time). My baby had to stay over night and it was so nice to be able to call and check up on him before I went to sleep that night. Thank y’all so much for caring about me and my fur baby.

This area of East Texas lacks emergency animal care. I am grateful that the resources we do have are as good as this. Very personal staff. Very quick care. Expensive yes but not outrageously so. Definitely recommend this business.

I had a scary issue arise with my fur baby at 11:30pm on a Sunday night. I rushed her to the ER vet in Longview. I received top notch service from the vet and staff. Black (my cat) and I highly recommend them!

The girls were very caring and handled Baby Cat with love. I was surprised at how well my cat did. She don't like anyone but did very well.. It's great to find a place to go in a emergency. Thanks you guys!!

Very professional and thorough from the front desk to the techs to the docs. They explain everything well and make sure you understand what they’re doing, why, and the costs involved. They take excellent care of the animals, and are always friendly, compassionate and kind.

I've taken 3 of my dogs here and each time I've been met with sincere people, not judgemental, just kind. I live in Oklahoma but work here it's difficult to keep up with things how I would like.
My last visit here was bringing my very senior lab, my vet at home only recommended euthanasia, I told them I wanted blood work to see where we were at currently and she told me not to waste my money! Well I "wasted" my money anyhow and to be fair my old gal struggles to get up, and has severe cataracts, so she doesn't see well anymore, but her bloodwork was all still good except her liver enzymes were beginning to elevate. This is still actual short story, and to make even shorter let's just say my girl got the care she needed from here, and if there was any judgment here it never showed!!! I will gladly bring any of my animals here, emergency or not!!! I can't thank them enough.

This is the place to go. They are super sweet and welcoming and remain calm. Dr. Prior explained everything well and was very realistic about our situation. Courtney and Cody were amazing as well! Thank y’all for taking care of my fur baby❤️ the prices are reasonable as well.
