Very rude when trying to return something, I understand the return policy and I’m not angry about that but there is no reason to act like your a disgusting human being because there was a hair on the dress. The lady acted like she didn’t even want to touch the dress. The lady worked in the junior section. Won’t go back

Cologne for me and parfum for her. This was my go-to for gifts on the holidays. DId this for years. Then, one day, the perfume wasn't enough. By then, it was too late. She couldn't wear that perfume on her finger like a wedding ring. I did not know this. Dillard's should sell a book on the do's and dont's of long-term dating.

UPDATE: Decided to go back 2 days later and give it another try event though I shouldn't have had to do that,I made sure to not use that rude lady andI had no issues and returned the dress and got my money back...This place is HORRIBLE I bought a dress 2 days ago and went to return it because I didn’t wear it and I tried it on when I purchased it and they told me they wouldn’t take it back because it had a piece of hair on it? It’s a BLACK dress that had the tags, receipt, was perfectly wrapped in the plastic the lady was VERY VERY RUDE. worst Dillards ever!
