Absolutely worthless pharmacy department. I've been waiting for four hours for them to accept the transfer my prescription. On top of that I now have to wait another hour for them to hopefully tell me they did their job that should have been done hours ago.

Stay away. Do not use this pharmacy! I am type 1 diabetic. My insulin is on back order for 2 weeks! I am out, I was transferred from the cvs at 119 W Marshall Ave, Longview, because it is closing, they are closing the wrong store! They , the clerks, don't have a clue, at w loop 281, Longview, TX! Stay away!!!! My mistake for coming here!

This place is a joke they can't get there act together for nothing. You can't get through to anyone not even the er to fix anything. Then someone calls you back they brush you off and you can't even understand a word out of there mouths. This is by far the worst pharmacy. It's been 2 weeks on my sons meds and 2 days on mine.

Thomas (or Tomas..? Sorry, if I've misspelled it!) Was so helpful &friendly when I dropped off my ups packages tonight. He even retaped a label that was lifting, to ensure there wasn't any issues in transit. Thank u for making the shipping process less of a headache than it usu is! Lol

Margaret who is a tech in training needs to stay a “tech in training “ to learn some customer service skills !! First of all she looks UNPROFESSIONAL with some sunglasses ontop of her head at 7:30 at night trying to be cool. Other that she was extremely rude and smart mouthed.i counted 7 different times she rolled her eyes. She wouldn’t even let me finish talking before pulling the phone away from her ear . If she acted this way to someone my age I can’t imagine how she acts to older customers!

Pharmacy is the most chaotic business I’ve ever dealt with. Received txt that prescription was ready for pickup. Drove from Ore City to pharmacy to then be told they didn’t have it. Showed txt , was then told physician sent wrong coupon but the pharmacy never contacted physician to make him aware. Trying to contact physician as the pharmacy closed up while I was standing at counter. Was told to come back in thirty minutes to try again. Will seek another more professional pharmacy.

It’s so nice when u walk into a pharmacy and the clerk hemps you to the people in the Pharmacy. It is always a nice day when walking into my store. They are helpful, kind and courteous.

Aweful and very slow service. Only had 2 people in front to pick up prescriptions and took almost 30 minutes. Go somewhere else

Worst pharmacy in town. Terrible attitudes. Incompetent workers. I recommend going somewhere that takes your health seriously. You will waste hours here otherwise to have messed up orders. They also fight you on GoodRx coupons that are welcomed at other pharmacies.

I have used CVS pharmacy since the name was Eckerds and the customer service has declined tremendously since Covid. I understand the pharmacy is busy but don’t be rude when a person needs to speak to the pharmacist. Don’t hang up on your customers, I will just call back. Please do better, Longview needs CVS.
