Make sure you have plenty of time to TRY to pick up your meds. Either they don't have your order ready, (being hours after submission), or the attendants are doing inventory, which you will be told "we will be done in 20 minutes.." took 3 tries that day. Each time I was told 20 more minutes. Today it was computer problems. Had to drive back home to Hallsville with my wife in extreme pain. After the long wait time at the doctor's office. Will have to return later today and hope the computer issues are solved, but I doubt it. Will not be using this poor excuse of a pharmacy in the future. Be aware of your surroundings while waiting in the parking lot. Homeless folks will try to beg for things while you sit wasting your time.

My mother and I experience some racism with the staff that work in CVS pharmacy... First off there white workers walking around not doing nothing, but they made a black lady stop working and wait on my mother.... Now when we got there it was a old white couple in front of us and all the white workers was there trying to assist, but when it's my mother's turn they they walk off all walk away and do nothing??, and make a black employee that is working come and assist..... Why you hire racist employees CVS??? I guess that's Longview for you!!!!

CVS’ are a dime a dozen, but this CVS is a gem with an amazing and helpful staff. Every single store employee, specifically the pharmacy staff, was friendly and SO HELPFUL. Thank you so much!!

Unless you have hours to waste don't waste your time. I've been sitting in the drive thru long enough to even think about writing this. Yes I went inside to see 14 yes I counted 14 people standing in line and not one person at the counter helping. I figured why not be comfortable while I'm waiting and burn some gas it's cheap enough right? Every single time no matter what time of day it is I have to wait somewhere between 15 min to 1 hr to pick up meds thiat are ready.

This is the worst pharmacy experiences in Longview. Waits for prescription pick up for the simplest medicine (current experience; Amoximillon antibiotic; the wait is 5 days).

I had amazing customer service and my RX was filled quickly ! I had to drive a hour one way and I will definitely be using them for future medications .

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I scheduled a COVID test, waited 15 minutes to get to the window, and when I get to the window a lady asked for my confirmation number. I gave it to her, and then she just walked off. I sat in my vehicle for another 15 minutes, nobody interacted with me, asked me for information or told me what I was suppose to do. I ended up driving off. When I called the manager, they claimed they asked for my health insurance and I just drove off, which isn’t true. Nobody ever asked me for anything. The lady walked off and none of the staff bothered to ask me what I was waiting on, or anything like that. I drove off because I got impatient and was upset, which is understandable when someone schedules a COVID test and nobody at the pharmacy seems to know what to do for a COVID test. If she asked me for health insurance then I didn’t hear her say it, which is strange because that drive thru microphone is pretty loud, so I think I would have heard it. She never asked me for anything, after I gave my confirmation code she just walked off and never came back. I saw a another lady typing something on the computer, but she didn’t ask me what I was waiting on.I suggest getting a COVID test at a quick care facility, or any other CVS or pharmacy in the area.

I went in today for my daughter's meds. Guess my her doctor had sent them over to wrong place. They straighten it out and had meds moved. They guy was really nice and gave me the option of text and call when they was ready and he gave me a time frame and all.I wish some ppl wouldn't be so hard on this location cause they seem to be short handed and working hard.I am grateful that I got her meds and I think the workers were glad that I was understanding of time and I knew how to wait. Please use the text and email option and make sure ur doctors or sending the meds correctly . And have ur insurance ready. Do understand there might be a wait at time but please be sure to use the text and call option so u don't have to stand and wait. Gives you time to get other things done.

I don’t understand why the reviews are so low?? This pharmacy does all they can to try and help. I’ve watched them bend over backwards for me in order to get what I need. Everyone in the pharmacy are absolutely amazing!!

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Been trying to check the status of a prescription and can’t even do that. Please avoid using this CVS, hopefully you will avoid all CVS stores.Edit: second chance went the same as the first. Avoid this store at all cost. The pharmacist is a joke who thinks he is over customers and their needs. The entire staff, especially Mya is a disaster. Calling corporate does nothing at all. Stop spending your money and time at this place
