My company makes us use CVS. These people are never helpful and can't seem to do anything right. They never follow through on filling prescriptions on time and expect the customer to call to check on the status of their prescriptions. When I retire, I will never visit CVS again.

Every single time I come here I wait in line for AT LEAST thirty minutes with only one person in front of me. It's a joke. And every single time I come they don't have my prescription filled as they said they would.

I'm new to the area so had everything transferred to this pharmacy. According to the app my prescription was filled. I wait in the drive through line for over thirty minutes to find out it's not actually there, but will be there the next day. Next day, same wait, still no medication. When I ask why, they say they don't know, but it will definitely be there Monday. Monday I go in, still nothing. The tech suggests I go to all the area CVS' until I find some. I have to suggest she get on her computer and save me from a wild goose chase. Five minutes later she tells me a store that has some in stock, and that if I get there before it's gone I can get it filled. I asked her to call and have them hold it, but she tells me it's going to be a really long time before she can do that. So far I've had terrible customer service, poor patient care, and zero accountability from this location.

Lisa and Angie were short handed but continued to give great customer service with smiles on their faces. Handling the phones, drive thru and the customers in the store was awesome to watch. I was in and out in less then 30 mins. Great job you two!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. When you call you will be on hold for over an hour. My doctor has left a refill request for them 5 times and they say they have never received it. i have to drive 25 minutes wait in line for another 20 to 30 minutes for them to tell me they haven't received anything all because they will not answer the phone!

The good thing is you can get everything done at one stop/shop, get your prescriptions or medical supplies, your necessities as well as a few groceries if needed
