Wonderful experience with friendly service

This was the second time that I brought my car in there and had to be taken to work and was supposed to be picked up at a certain time the first time they were 15 minutes late this last time 35 minutes later I get a phone call my lunch is pretty much over with and I get a lie after a lie after a lie about why you're not there. That's the most disappointing situation knowing that I have things I needed to do I told them when I dropped it off what time I needed to be picked up I called at12:10 and told them again and made sure they were going to be there then I called again at 12:35 and they assured me that I would be picked up at 1:00 I called back at 1:00 oh he just left which was a lie he had not left yet. Then he shows up at 1:35 a few minutes after I've talked to Bailey and she explained my car wasn't ready and what all they they need it to do. If it weren't for Bailey I would have been really really live it with everyone because all I got were lies I don't appreciate that if I can tell the truth no matter how hard it is to do that then this younger generation needs to learn the same thing you're dealing with the public be respectful treat them the way you would want to be treated. Bailey kudos to you I think you are awesome and that is the only reason why I will keep coming back to your location otherwise I would move on and find somewhere else to go she even brought me my car so I would have it at 5:00 to be able to get out of here and go to the bank on time I really appreciate everything Bailey did for me that day she's an awesome awesome employee don't ever let her go and you should give her a raise. And people there need to learn how to call people back because I called two weeks prior to that and no one would ever call me back I don't know what's wrong with everyone there you just gotten lazy and want to prop your feet up on the desk and do nothing but come on you're dealing with the public. And the receptionist she was very helpful and I think her very much too I wish I could remember her name I was so upset when I talked to her she did her best to take care of me too.

I'm very happy with my KIA Forte that I bought at Ppeltier Kia in Longview. It's a great vehicle. And I'm extremely happy with the service I receive from the employees. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I will continue to come back.

09/09/2024. In for my 40K mile check-up and a recall (1). Total time spent in the waiting area was 2 1/2 hours. All the maintenance, recall and a freshly washed car came back to me. While looking at my car, the technician suggested a couple of additional items to keep my Kia running great. Really nice people!
I was able to get my Telluride in right away to take care of the recalls (3) and while there, the technicians discovered we were in need of 32,000 mile maintenance also. All the things were taken care of and I was on my way in just a few hours. I love this place!

Went in for maintenance on Sasha the Sportage: oil change and tires rotated. Always nice there. Pleasant place to wait. Everyone is polite and professional. They washed her and vacuumed! Thanks.

We had a good sales man but suck that they didn’t even fill the gas up like they said we had drove from Mount Pleasant and almost ended up on the side of road because we had thought they had filled up the gas!! They were supposed to reimburse us for the money we had to put in the car but never did

I took my 2022 Telluride to the KIA dealership in Longview TX in September 2024 regarding 4 active recalls. The problem was the young Africa American male that brought me into the service area after being notified the work was completed just left me standing there. After watching the young Caucasian female with a laptop ? checking other customers out I spoke up to call attention to the fact I had been standing there waiting to get my vehicle back for approximately 15 minutes. It made me feel because I didn’t owe them money ? I could be left at the very bottom of their ready rack.

We found it vehicle in fb marketplace. I looked for vehicles from dealers and I found one. I was interested in the vehicle and immediate I received a response from Kevin, a sales agent. Kevin was considerate of my time and answered all our questions.
We came in a Friday evening. It was late so we tools him we would come back on Saturday and he was there to walk us through the entire process.
Smart move posting on marketplace.
