Was told they don't buy sealed products couple weeks ago, the box wasn't sealed, the seal they were referring to was a piece of clear tape that used to hold the box closed.

The shop was nice and clean. The gentleman and lady that were at the shop Were very helpful, Courteous, and respectful. Not the least bit rude or anything at all. GREAT customer service!! Did business with them, and would recommend to anybody else to do business with them for your pawnshop needs. Buying, selling, or just a loan, it's worth checking them out. Got a loan with no problems, and made a purchase also while there, and THEY DIDN'T TRY TO RIP ME OFF EITHER ( unlike 2 other pawn shops on the Longview loop. ) I will be a returning customer, And this is for Cherokee pawn shop on Gilmer Road. I feel cheated and robbed...A few days before my charity fund and son birthday, I Saw the PS4 in there, Cherokee pawn shop for 199.99... Called a few days later(TODAY) to see if they still had it ,was told they did .. told them I was on the way to get it, got there and the price had changed to 249.99 and was told that the total was 275.00 but I only came with 260.00 and was told that was ok...

They have always treated us SO well, and even gone out of their way to make sure we were able to pay on jewelry and instruments that we had on layaway there. We finally got the ring set we had out of layaway and it appraised for much higher at the jeweler than what we paid! The people who work here are also wonderful and very helpful.

Nice people, not real personable yet very helpful with everything I viewed and informative, Took care of my property and gave a discount for my purchase, I'd go again but I did not care for the no pawning items or selling items they wouldn't take as if it weren't acceptable when everyone could have made a sell, that's okay, I'll get more for it on a private sell. Thanks Cherokee Pawn, Nice building, clean merchandise.

I just went to get a loan and they started me 20bucks and when I called to address it they say they were going to count the drawer and call me back after they close at 6 still waiting........zero stars period
