“Nice place. Clean and all the staff are friendly, even after working all night. The hot food is also pretty good. I go early in the morning on my way to work when it's still dark but the parking lot is very lit up and it feels safe. Will continue to shop here.”

“We drove from California to Longview and our van was covered in road dirt and bugs. I was expecting to just spray it off best I could but found they offered full service hand car wash. For a GREAT price, Big Wave's team cleaned my van and the cargo box on top with expert efficiency. When they were done I was shocked at how good it looked!! These guys did a terrific job and even offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited. I highly recommend Big Wave Car Wash!”

“No appointment necessary, just pull up and they'll come out to walk you through the services they offer. They had me in and out in about 40 minutes. Of course with the speed you trade out accurate cleaning, my vehicle came out great overall but had some residue from a dealership sticker I'd removed still on the bumper.Overall great for the speed and price.”

“I had a superb customer service w/this location. I'd gone in to complain about a dreadful experience at a different Take 5 which has since been closed down for all the reasons I mentioned. The service manager, Jalen Harris, delivered impeccable service w/a smile. He immediately grasped each issue I presented so I did not need to repeat myself multiple times [unusual in today's climate]. He also suggested a resolution. First, he sent a ticket to corporate as it involved a significant refund & the problem did not happen at this location. But he took it several steps further. He gave me the phone # & email for corporate after asking me about my preferred time of day for a phone call. He also wrote down HIS name and phone # so I could contact him if I did not hear back quickly. Can't say enough positive things about this interaction. It remains to be seen whether corporate delivers. IF they do, I will be delighted to remove my previous bad review for the other location.”

“Stopped at this car wash on my way back home on 01/01/2023. Couple of young men there were excellent at their jobs. Very nice and helpful. Car was super clean, including the back which is always a bit dirty after most washes! Will definitely be back when I am in Longview, great service!”

“I really liked Soapies car wash. I chose the $12.00 automatic wash and was surprised at the clean result. My only complaint is I did not understand the $12.00 wash too have wax. It did. That liquid wax will not leave my window forever now. The wash facility was clean with no trash blowing around. The appearance overall is excellent. I would absolutely use this facility again.”

“Not living in east Texas anymore I don't normally see the level of detail from a car wash. Soapies pretty much washed my truck before it went into the tunnel to be washed. My truck was actually clean and looked better than it has from any other car wash I've been to. To top it off, it's cheaper than the place's I frequently go to. I will definitely make it a point to stop by Soapies whenever I'm in Longview!! Excellent!!”
