“The customer service when I picked up the car was trash. The man didn’t explain anything correctly and had things all messed up and only wanted to complain about his job took me an hour to get in and out the person there before me was done within 8 mins of me being there.. THE PHONES DO NOT WORK…The way the charge is crazy and all backwards…The ONLY reason they are getting 4 stars is because the car was very good and nice and clean no bad smells or stains even had a small set of instructions with it and I had to extend my rental which is usually a pain but was very quick and easy online to do that and the woman that was there when I returned the car was the ABSOLUTE BEST very caring and fixed my problems and explained everything to me she is a 10/10 at her job… This company is a hit or miss in many ways but I think I would use it again if I had to”

Trying to find a solution we called this location. Dylan answered the phone and was so helpful. As busy as he was, he found us a Ford Edge within an hour and had us ready to go for our trip. “The manager was Awesome. My truck broke down in Longview and I needed to get to Dallas to the Janet Jackson concert in celebration of my birthday. I walked in a little after 4pm and this Hertz closed at 4pm. In walk my Knight in shining armor, he hooked up with a car after hours and I was able to get to my destination and it was quite an enjoyable experience.
