I didn't get my delivery on time, but everything else was fine. They delivered the next morning. The manager she tried to find me the items that I needed but there were no other stores in the area that had the leather sectionals. D came in off of delivery and took over the paperwork and he was amazing with getting me the price range that I needed. I understand things happen.

Do not get anything from here! Shyla is disrespectful, rude and has a smart mouth and doesn’t help out her customers and the rest of the crew are horrible. They don’t stick to delivery dates and change the dates at the last minute. I don’t even know why she has a management position, she doesn’t deserve it.
Jessica was amazing, I hate that she left.

Staff was all friendly and very helpful . The were so accommodating and eager to help in anyway . Will definitely get all my furniture from Buddy’s on the Loop in Longview . Dee was so great to work with I was very satisfied .

Business is good from what I hear, but from what I witnessed from there driver that has dreads, he was deliberately beating on my neighbor’s door not just today but other days as well, plus it was so loud he woke up my 5 month old baby and scared my lil girl where she started crying, this unprofessional of your staff, fix it

Just wanted to let the owners or higher ups know that Jessica has helped me and went above and beyond I even expect of my own employees. Now she is helping my mother get her own account and get her something nice and comfy for the time she has left. All the employees here are very kind to me however Jessica deserves recognition, you can tell it's not just a job to you and that you actually care. Our family thanks you.
