The initial sell of the shoes was great. My salesperson was great. After purchasing shoes recommended by foot doctor and then by the salesperson, I got them and they have worsened my heel and ankle pain. Trying to return them has not been successful. Was told I could exchange them for another pair of Hokas. But why would I do this since they're the issue??

I was looking for a specific pair of Hokas for my wife's birthday and I came across Brown's Shoe fit. They had the exact shoe I needed in stock and in her size but before placing the order online I called and spoke with someone to inquire about the delivery as it was a Thursday and I was afraid that the shoe would not arrive in time. The person I spoke to was super nice and stated that the shoe should be arriving before that following Saturday although of course she could not guarantee that but she was very helpful. I am not sure if she pulled my order but the next day the order shipped which was that Friday and I received them that Tuesday. Super fast delivery even with the USPS. I just wanted to post here and let everyone know that this is the place that you should be buying your shoes. Ty Ty Ty Shoe Fit for your great shoe buying experience.

The Longview, Texas UPS store is always extremely busy but the lines go very quickly as the staff are very efficient and friendly! It is always clean and well organized.

First visit today!!!! It was an AWESOME experience! I will go there from now on; super helpful and attentive and it’s been a loooong time since I’ve been to a shoe store were they put the shoes in you, tie them, and then remove them. BEST SHOE STORE!!!!

As a teacher, I'm on my feet often. I was wearing cute little pink, orange, red, white, and black Converse shoes, and my dogs barked continuously. I went to Brown's on a quest to find comfort for my poor tootsies. I found comfort! I found it! Brooks totally changed my life. I no longer leave school limping from sore, tired feet, but I leave school as refreshed as I entered. #thanksbrowns ❤️
