To be honest, my experiences at Best Buy haven't been the best. The customer service hasn't been something that you could depend on in the past. Lately, the service has improved immensely. I've really been impressed. When you enter the store, someone will immediately try to help you and if you want to browse on your own they will not pressure you. That was my biggest gripe along with a few minor quibbles in the past.

Helpful employees. I went here looking for a replacement remote control for a Samsung Blu-Ray player. They had a programmable universal remote for $25. I didn't trust myself to program anything and much less pay $25 for a remote that might or might not work. (It's an older player). The employee suggested Amazon or eBay. I found it for $7 free shipping. Much appreciate the helpful suggestion, even when it takes my business elsewhere.

When there's an issue with an employee, manager needs to handle it with professionalism not act like the way that employee was acting. When manager acts like the employee then there's no quality of the service business. Unfortunately most of the time there is no manager of a manager so what do you do ?
