I was told by "Anna", a nail tech that if I made an appointment she could do my did manicure while her sister, Mai, did my pedicure. Well, it did not work that way at all. I arrived for my appointment, and Mai began my pedicure, but "Anna" worked the the entire time on other customers. My pedicure lasted an extra long time while while "Anna" continued working on other customers' fingernails. Making an appointment saved me no time at all.There are also cleanliness issues . While doing my nails, "Anna" trimmed my cuticles with pair of communal trimmers and refused to answer when I asked if they had been cleaned. I will not be going back.

I have been once every two weeks for the past few months and I like the salon. The ladies are friendly and I get what I ask for. I think the overall rating should take some of the older posts into account, because they are by far better than a 3 star rating. It's hard for me to give a five because nothing is perfect in this world, but I don't feel the need to go anywhere else for manicures and pedicures.

I only give two stars because they were friendly. The pictures will speak for themselves. Really terrible job on my nail dip. Not only a terrible job, but didn't listen. I asked her to get them "Short. Short short. As short as you can get them." She cut once and said she would cut again after dipping. First of all, that's not how it's done. Second, she didn't cut them again. She filed them. And not short. Maybe one of the worst jobs I've ever seen on a dip. And I've been getting nexgen/dip for YEARS. So disappointed.

She did not round off my big right toenail even with the other big toenail and was not careful putting my shoe on it messed up my toe polish. I had to redo it. Was not concentrating on me

I have been getting my nails done at Nails by Amy for close to 10 years. When I find a good thing I do not switch around or try others. Amy does my nails, I've had several types of overlays/tips over the years but have LOVED the dip nails for about the last two years. I don't baby my nails in between visits either, usually 2-2 1/2 weeks between. The dip nails are GREAT - they are completely dry and finished when you leave the salon. Just gorgeous, I get compliments all the time!

Decided to change my hair for my birthday this week. Yvonne is the best!! I can tell she loves what she does. I could see her patience & passion for it. I love how she wasn’t rushed at all, had the best experience at The Beauty Bar! I completely love, LOVE my hair! Thank you girls for doing what you do.

The manicure looked great in the salon, but several hours later it was still tacky. I ended up having to take the polish off because it wouldn't dry. Wasted money.
