This place is a little overrated but a good place to shop all the smells are starting to smell the same just have a different name I shop to buy gifts like birthdays Christmas etc....... for others, the car scents are not good need to be updated or a better solution because they do not work the area in the mall is very small and overcrowded at times all the chemicals in the air not good I gave three stars because I shop for people that loves this place

I'm not reviewing the product, I'm reviewing the CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered several items on Nov 30, 2023 to give as Christmas presents. I followed up on the order several times and it always showed "order shipped". Now it's Dec 23rd and still no delivery. Per customer service "the entire order was cancelled because some of the items where out of stock" Thanks for all the false shipping updates with estimated delivery dates!!! THANKS!!!

Staff didn't know what was on sale and what wasn't. One person told us the mens section was part of the Christmas sale and then the next person said no it wasn't.

Turn your music down. Pretty sure it's loud enough to where you're blowing the TWA . Your employees should be wearing earplugs. It's so loud.
