Mr Willie W was beyond wonderful! He went above and beyond to help me out with my oil change needs. I dont live in the area but have family and friends that do, I will recommend they come see Willie.

Horrible Customer Service. We were returning to Texas from a long trip and had a bad battery. We had an employee who was having a hard time changing a battery, was very mad and yanking and banging every tools he had, also tried to yank the battery of the car and try to break the battery terminal when he was not able to take it off. Kept banging every thing and making a scene that somebody stole his tools. Had to eventually jump start the car again, and take it to another autozone down the street, and got the job done in 5 minutes.

I can't say enough good things about these guys . I really don't know what I would have done without them. From the first call the store manager was extremely kind. Manny delivered my stuff then went on further to help me with my car after he got off work he changed my spark plugs.They also gave me a mechanics name. Even while I waited the store manager kept me informed since Manny was working and delivering. I called ABC first to see if they would deliver some coolant and transmission fluid to me less than a mile down the road and whomever answered said no quite abruptly. See I have an autoimmune disease that's very rare and it's killing me. I came back home to see my original Dr. A year ago I could have done the basics on my.car, however, not now. Customer service like this should be everywhere, but it's just not. They even took it to a much higher level. Very professional, very respectful and kind. I went to another AutoZone across town. I needed a new light installed the first one that I went to couldn't install the bulb. I was just getting ready to pay Big 5 Tire $65 until I got the idea to go to try this location, normally I come to this one, but since I was across town went there instead. I'm so glad that I did, I found I was given the wrong bulb for my 🚗 and the guy there had no problem installing the bulb needless to say always get a second opinion to save you some 💰. I will only be coming to this location.

Had to buy a battery. I was surprised that the price of batteries had increased substantially. I received quick and thorough service. The young man who installed the battery was pleasant and respectful.

On this day of September 27, 2024; I encountered my driver side light was out. I came to Auto Zone on Estes Pkwy in Longview, Texas and Mr. Jonathan gave his assistance and time to help, what he did was maybe jiggle the lines and then the light came on. I truly appreciate him for his help and excellent customer service. Thank You again; the lady with the Mitsubishi Mirage.

Didn't have oil and filters I needed. Associate didn't really seem interested in helping. Just said they didn't have any of the oil I needed. Then scanned wrong coupon for what I did buy, so when I actually spend more for the oil and filter for my truck, I loose the discount........
