We were waiting for someone to check our battery they told my partner we needed to wait for someone else we did and it was a waste of time because they helped someone else that just came in even though we been there longer and in the heat waiting for someone to help us

I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and convenient the service was. Within just 10 minutes, I had my vehicle's check-engine light read, thanks to the prompt assistance of the knowledgeable staff.
Moreover, the representative who helped me was not only quick but also incredibly friendly, greeting me with a smile. He ensured my issue was addressed promptly and did some small talk. The convenience of their location right off the I-20 made it even easier to stop by and get the assistance I needed without any hassle. Overall, my experience at AutoZone on Estes Parkway was exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive assistance in the Longview area. ??

Went for assistance with my wipers on Sunday and the guy wasn't very concerned nor helpful and basically said they aren't mechanics and I need to take it to the shop ...but the fact I had drove in from Dallas thru a rainstorm with no wipers at all the day before ( made no difference to him)...but then it again i couldn't help but think and wonder if the "color of my skin" was the true reason for his lack of concern for me!!

Brock is a ROCK, he just changed my windshield wiper in 27 degrees w wind. He said it would take 30 secs and he was right! So nice, thanks again!

This is the most amazing Autozone every time I go there they are so helpful.I had a light out in my vehicle and the gentleman took the time to help figure out the problem and went out of his way to help us. I highly recommend this place they deserve the business.

This location have horrible customer service! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Me and my family is traveling from Dallas, Tx to Mississippi for my relative funeral and we was having trouble with our battery so we stop there to get a new battery but due to our funds being low for traveling we couldn’t afford the battery they was trying to give us. So we went to Walmart to get a cheaper battery and then came back to get help to take the old battery out and put in a new battery. But due to us not buying the battery from this Autozone they didn’t want help put the new battery in. As we struggling to take the old battery out they sat inside and didn’t help! Smh needs better service and employee who actually helps!
