I love this place. I have brought 3 vehicles and a camper for tires to this Automotive Super Center on loop 281 for more than 5 years. They have always taken good care of me and my family. They communicate well, do quality work, and work with you on planning well for future work. Justin has helped us so many times and treated us with respect, kindness, and with friendly hospitality.

Been a content customer for over a year. But as of this past week, it has changed. As I waited two days for parts & service, there were no updates and no communication. Day 1-waiting on part. Day 2 morning- I called & was told yes they are working on it & will be ready today. Evening of day 2-Called again, then theres a part issue. At this point I'm agitated. The second issue is due to work on the axle shaft, the car should have & I requested a wheel alignment. The advisor inquired & was told it was not needed. Now the car rears to the right when driving. No longer trust this establishment.

My car left me stranded on the side of the road today. I had it towed to ASC. It needed an alternator and battery. They had it fixed in about 2 hours. Incredibly friendly and professional.

Was told we needed 3 different oil parts to fix a leak which was going to be 2200 dollars. When we got the vehicle and told them we wanted a second opinion, magically we didn't need 2 of the 3 parts and the price dropped a grand. Took to a well established mechanic who said we wouldn't have needed those two additional parts to begin with. He fixed it for 800 bucks and we were fixed in less than a day.

Wonderful people, great service and human compassion. I had just left the dentist from oral surgery and my husband is in a wheelchair (lift wouldn't work ). The Alternator went out right in their driveway. They jumped right on it and helped us right then. Would recommend them in the future. Thank you guys.

Wanted to charge me $350 for diagnostic but they didn’t do anything other than a cursory glance. I’m guessing because a woman dropped it off they assumed they could get one over on her. Ended up charging me $173 for air conditioning diagnostic which requires you to run Freon, but somehow it leaked out in less than a day at their shop and yet over a week later the Freon I put in is still in the car. So I highly doubt they looked at that either. Don’t waste your money at this place. They will rip you off.

My husband has had work done on his truck he left an old debit card in the armrest not thinking anything of it...We Left the truck in their care and left to go out of town while out of town my husband noticed pending transactions coming from the card we knew was in the truck .We Call to complain about it and Nothing was done!!!! they claimed he was fired but we weren't even giving the employee name who done it so we could press charges....No Integrity and No moral!!!! Save yourself Alot of trouble!!!

We are so pleased with the service we received from Automotive Supercenter on the Loop today. When a vehicle went down unexpectedly, they were able to get it towed to the shop, diagonised and part ordered in 45 minutes. Which I know is not always possible, but it was so appreciated. We are picking it up today. Their communication and efficiency were 5 star. Thank you to Justin for keeping us in the loop the whole way and getting our vehicle back to us the same day.
