Install bad shingles on our family's home. Will not honor there warranty at all. They keep pointing the finger at the manufacturer. Manufacturer pointing at them for poor installation. They came out suggested the shingle we trusted them now they welch.

They did our carport and have been back 3 times fixing where they messed up. It still leaks at our front door and they have been notified. Still waiting for them to come fix it. There are gaps over a half inch thick between metal that they filled in with globs of silicone. They have yet to fix the issues.
