I have been going to Armstrong for about 8 years and consistantly for 4 years now, multiple times a day (because I'm lucky enough to work within walking distance!!), and I have always had a wonderful experience. The girls are always super helpful and I regularly ask for their opinions and advice (especially Hilary, I should probably pay her for helping me so much). Super friendly atmosphere, and I've been pleased with all the products I've bought here over the years. I've taken classes and feel like I've grown with the experience and knowledge I've gained from them, and really have gained a lot of product knowledge from the girls who work here. Absolutely love this place and these lovely people !!!! Thank you for everything you do!!!

Went into this location a few weeks back after browsing around at RDA. After reviewing the shelves, and seeing old product mixed in the shelves, some not so great product, I decided RDA might be better. They did finaly get the Moroccan Oil line, but this store is very old, and a few of the employees smelled like they had just sparked up a doobie in the employee area. Not very professional, will be going back to RDA where I did not smell Marijuana, and also did not see near as much expired product.

Ive been using armstrong mccall for 8 years now, lovley staff always very helpful and if i need something and cant leave the salon they always get me what i need! I highly reccommend using them!

After having such an awful experience with RDA of Longview. I went to Armstrong McCall and they completely satisfied my needs and listened to me complain about how horrible RDA is. Armstrong is the real MVP so nice they definitely have their act together. They have stole my heart I will forever shop with them. For the people that don't know RDA sucks and ARMSTRONG rules!!!!!!

If I could not put any starts I would... the location in longview, the store owner was very very rude and was complaining when our school walked in.. will never go back there..

I am a cosmetology student so my knowledge is limited but the lady who waited on me was very knowledgeable and informative. This has not been the case in other stores. I will for sure be spending my money there
