“Had another company come out and gave me a ridiculous price to repair burned out vent hood lights. Said I had to replace the whole apparatus at a cost of 280. Also charged 185 to try and fix ice maker. Did not fix it just moved the bat in the ice maker a bit. Called Aaron and he picked up bulbs changed out at a cost of like 30 for the bulbs. Fixed my dishwasher. Everything sort of stopped working at once. Aaron is a nice guy, very helpful and fair and honest. What more could you want from anyone to fix anything. Highly recommend. Fixed my stuff and restored my faith in humanity?”
“We purchased our washer and dryer about 10 yrs ago we had one issue with the dryer and they sent someone out immediately and fixed problem. It's time for an upgrade and will be going back for our new washer. Yes the dryer still works perfectly.”

“To be honest, my experiences at Best Buy haven't been the best. The customer service hasn't been something that you could depend on in the past. Lately, the service has improved immensely. I've really been impressed. When you enter the store, someone will immediately try to help you and if you want to browse on your own they will not pressure you. That was my biggest gripe along with a few minor quibbles in the past.”

Call Mrs. Robin and had a talk with her and she straighten everything out with no problem and no hassle. Great customer service. Josh was our salesman and he also so did a stand up job helping us decide on some things. But if you need any help. They are the solution to your needs.”
