“We lived at the Reserve for several years before finding a permanent home in the area, and we enjoyed our time at the Reserve. It was always very clean, the pickup on trash was excellent, and there was plenty of space for our dog to walk and get exercise. The parking could get a bit hairy sometimes, but it was never too terrible. The pool and club house was a definite plus and we had many great memories on property.”

“Saddlebrook has the best office staff/ maintenance I’ve been living here 7 yrs with the same crew with the exception of the new manager that came on board last yr he’s good also the staff takes care of the residents and the property. Great place to live”
“As someone that deals with customer service I am very big on "the sale" and that's what this is. Mallory and Taylor were really easy to work with and any questions, they had the answer and if not they got it to me within the next day before I made my decision to move in.I moved in and it was very painless. Great location. Hospital leasing office as well as maintenance people. And being in the center of it all but still a overall quit apartment complex is nice.I would highly recommend this place over any other place in Longview for a single family, middle class person that is just making it by.When it comes to maintenance concerns they are communicative and it is easy to follow up with them. I had a dishwasher out and it was fixed with 1 business week which is all I could ask for. Anyone thinking it will be handled in a couple days have unrealistic expectations and that's the honest truth.”
