The post office was friendly and helpful
But we all know the mail service has gone downhill!!! Takes longer for mail to get to it's destination!!! Their 1-3 days is a joke!!! I pay extra I want it delivered when they say!!!

Friendly and courteous service I haven't been in a post office in my lifetime that was not courteous, except that one in the middle of nowhere Nevada.

We had a slight hick up with our deliveries and instructions. They called me immediately following a complaint, were kind, friendly, and resolved the issue with ease. Very pleased with the customer service. Hoping that carriers in rural areas can follow the lead.
