My mother in law has a med she hasn't taken in years, because another pharmacy (W) was selling it for $500.00 for one month supply, yep that's right $500.00. Called HEB pharmacy they said we have a discounted plan that can get it for 3 month supply for 39.00. WOW. Thank you HEB for taking the time to research lower prices. This is a life saving medication that she needed. The other pharmacy never offered to research or taken the time to say we have a better option. HEB wemt above and beyond. Thank you sincerely.

I received a call that they were out of my prescription and to call back. I get it - it happens. The gentleman on the phone let me know that they should have it in a day or two before I left the state.Two weeks later, still never received any word. I called to cancel the prescription so I could get it filled in another state. The woman who answered the phone this time was extremely rude. I stated why I was calling and the situation and after all that just 'patient name?'. No apologies no empathy. Also said 'well it's on back order and you're out of state so what does it matter if we contacted you or not?'Shame on you HEB. This isn't me waiting for a fresh batch of tortillas. This is a prescription that I need to live my life happily and you clearly do not care at all for your customers' well-being.

Worst customer service EVER by phone ! I've been calling for 45 minutes talked to 5 individuals who all said they were transferring me to the meat market, and no one would answer. Not even the store manager . This appears to be a shoddily run business .HEB should train far better .

I've been coming here forever, and it's always awesome. I maybe be a little biased since it's kind of nostalgic since I've came here since I was little, but it's still an awesome store. It's clean and well kept.

We had such an amazingly special time during our visit to the Lockhart Texas HEB Bakery. We tried to set up a visit with numerous other bakeries with no avail. No one else would permit this little American Heritage Girl to visit and earn her Cake Decorating badge. The Management team & especially Philip made our day. It was especially touching that they were equally excited . Natalie in the bakery made Annastasia's day by gently guiding her through the HEB bakery cake decorating process.

Pharmacy specific. When you call in your Prescription and it says pick up tomorrow at 11 when you arrive 'tomorrow after 11' you don't want to hear it's not gonna be ready until the next day. Especially when you've driven 20 minutes each way to pick it up AFTER the time that they said it would be ready. Now I have to go back again and waste another 40 minutes of my life. I will not be using this pharmacy again I'm sure they and I will be much happier. This is not the first, secor even third issue I have had with this pharmacy but it will be the last.

I really like this HEB and the Pharmacy a lot!! It is much easier to deal with than in larger cities. Great town and great people. Great store with great employees.
