The absolute worst pawn shop in the central Texas area they give you pennies for what your stuff is worth their customer service is terrible they don't want to work with anybody even though people have lived in this town for 30 or 40 years Lockhart pawn shop should absolutely be closed down terrible place to do business

This place is one of the best pawn shops I’ve been too . They truly are life savers . Prices are fair and loan amounts are great . They definitely will help you when you are in a jam , Sabrina will make sure you leave happy ! She’s the best !

Honestly, Just Upset That I Couldn't Get a Courtesy Call on My Layaways. I Live Out Of Town From this Shop. And the store Was aware... They could do so Much BETTER!!! Sorry to the Upper Management, Cause They Are really Good Guys. But to Find out I Lost The items That i Sought Out For, For A While, and Lost Them Because The Store Didn't do Their Job of Letting their Customers know about Upcoming Layaways... UNACCEPTABLE! What's The Point Of a Layaway and Trust in the store you Give your Money to, if you Can't Count On them To Do the Task They Get Paid For... Sorry Cash America, Get It Together.

My husband and I have used pawn shops for years not only to purchase tools but to pawn them as well. When it comes to pawning your items for a fair and reasonable price this is definitely NOT the place to go…you would be better off driving to Austin and still get a better deal gas included. Not only does this pawn shop give you way less than what the market is for your items they are rude when you bring that fact to their attention. We pawned an item in the box that didn’t come with a battery or charger when bought brand new. The first time we pawned it they gave us $100 for the item without battery and charge. We went in at a later date to pawn the same item and they wanted the battery and charger this time for the same $100. On top of that we had a generator brand new never been used that we went to Austin for at a different cash pawn but same company that gave us $100 more for it. Not only that the customer rep made a back handed comment to us when we let her know that the other store gave us more. We don’t recommend this pawn shop if you want a place that gives you value for your items. Your better off going down the road.

These guys are great I would recommend them to everyone and pedro is outstanding and honest he always gives us more then what we originally went in for the whole staff is honestly the friendliest set of ppl I have ever encountered yea I would definitely recommend them to anyone if you want the most for your things whether it is selling or just getting a loan this is the place to go thanks for being so great guys

I tried to sell my 2017 1oz silver eagle ms70 and they offered me $5 for it.this company needs to shut down permanently.they are very horrible for business.
