Caliber kept me informed, offered to move my car to a location that would be able to serve me quicker when they saw there was a longer wait time. The Lockhart location is where I ended up and they got to me right away!

Everyone including Landon was fabulous! Sir Landon kept me informed throughout the duration of my repairs to my vehicle. He was respectful and so easy to talk to. I took my vehicle here in November for an repair I needed from running into a coyote. They repaired my car and come February I'm on the side on the highway with my engine overheated. I brought it into another Caliber in San Antonio where they told me they installed the incorrect radiator and it punctured a hose and was leaking coolant. How in the hell do y'all purposely install the incorrect radiator and send it out to a client? When I called to speak to a supervisor the man was very non-chalant and uncaring, he had no solution and no apology for this incident. I have already taken up a formal complaint with HR and hope this review finds you guys well ?

This shop after telling me they would have my truck most likely for over two weeks to replace a bumper then decided that since I was not happy about that to not do the work for me at all as to not further disappoint me! I guess they don’t need to make money!!
