This store STINKS!
Literally. It smells horrible. As soon as we walked in the door it smelled like sour meets sewer. The men's restroom was unbearable nasty. I couldn't stay in the store long enough to want to buy anything.

I am on my way home from a trip to Mexico ?? and needed to stop and use the restroom. These restrooms are beyond disgusting. No paper towels, filthy toilets and floors, horrible smell. It’s one of the grossest restrooms I’ve ever seen. The restroom in a remote area of Mexico with barely any running water, and 5 pesos for toilet paper, is leaps and bounds above these. My husband said the men’s is just as bad.

Advertise stuff and don't honor it. Even when they have signs plastered all over the store they still refuse to honor. Really messed up

Overrun with rats, poop on counters and was rat pee and poop in the ice part of the fountains, staff is nice and store clean otherwise, would not go here this is a deadly health hazard for everyone

The cook was clearly trying, but also had no clue what kind of meat carne asada was that he was cooking. Also there was not enough of any type salsa, meat, or any of the advertised things on the windows for that matter.

They just can’t seem to get it together. Salsa is NEVER available in the mornings but they have “packets” at the register. Employees are just standing around. They tarnish the Laredo Taco brand to every extent. I’ll drive extra to the location on 71 and deal with the rude girl before going to this location. Sad. They ran out of food 1st morning of deer season and said they aren’t making anymore. They apparently don’t know how high the margins are on prepared food. This morning had a whole pan of burned kolaches in the warmer.

Stopped by here today and when my family and I were ready to pay they decided to tell us that they're only taking cash like please put a post on your door! they didn't have no caps for the cups either ?

The woman who working today is SO rude. I have been in the store 3 times on my way through Llano recently. A trip I will take every week the rest of this year. I fill my truck with gas and buy food. EVERY time she has been very rude. At first, I thought maybe just an off day? NO, either she hates me or treats everyone like trash. Today was the last time! I will not go back. I have choices where I spend my money and I will not be treated like that again. NOT once has she said hello or THANK YOU or anything nice! She rolls her eyes at people and throws their things on the counter. She is "helping" me while whispering something to her friend?? REALLY, why would you allow her friend to be behind the counter. It did not look like someone working there. I'm hurt by the whole experience. She should be ashamed and should not be allowed to work in any kind of customer service. I'll definitely take my business somewhere else!

Stopped at this convenience storeWas going to get something for breakfast and something to drink however there were cockroaches infested in the entire store running across the floor dead ones everywhere and all I want to do is get out before they got on Me. I felt very sorry for the employees having to deal with cockroaches at the job and I don't know how the chicken place next door is open with that kind of an investation
