“I'm very happy with Arrowhead. They gave me a chance, and the ladies at the Llano branch have always been exemplary. I am a small fry so I'm subject to fees rtn, as I don't have the minimum in there (I will within a few wks tho!); however, their customer service is topnotch. Even tho I recently moved to MF, I still call the Llano office when I have a question. I've had terrible luck with big, corporate banks and apparently was also a recipient of a class action lawsuit because of their insidious fee structure--something my ex dealt with from another major bank. It's as if they look for ways to take advantage of folks and there's nothing you can do about it--but not Arrowhead.I'm on my way to medium fry.Thank ya'll!”

“I don’t bank here but had to comment on what incredible customer service they have. I showed up with forms to be added to my father’s account after he fell ill. The lobby closes at 3, so I pulled up and explained what I needed. They actually opened the lobby just to allow me to come in. I was overcome with emotion and they were so caring and kind. I forgot my license but had a picture of it on my phone. They asked me to email it to the manager and when the email didn’t go through because of bad reception, they let me text the picture to an employee, who then turned around and printed it out for my file. Absolutely amazing and service you’d never get from a “big” bank.”
