This place has some good workers but it's management team is lacking. I purchased items at store but wanted change for a $20 bill and was refused change. Management stated they can't give change per Walmart. So I contacted Walmart and was told it's not a Walmart policy as stated but the individual store managers policy. In short he lied to me! This location is not customer friendly. Unfortunately, you will have to travel 40 plus miles to get a better reception and service. Sometimes I think it's worth it to drive to another location. Walmart either has really good managers and the store looks well and service is great. Or you have stores like this one where employees look stressed. My favorite Walmart to never go into is Texas City! Never go into that location unless you just love confrontation. The manager of that location should not be dealing with the public. He is horrible and he will illicit anger out of you! So, if you're a peaceful human being stay away from the manager and management staff of the Texas City Walmart!

I love this Walmart! The whole store is very organized and neat. I always find what I need. Great deals, plenty of options. Great place to shop!

I don't know if I Caught them Before they Restocked the Van Goods Areas but they Were Lacking Canned Veggies. They were on the Very top shelf. I asked for Help. But No one Showed up. So I Got a Metal Roasting Stick from the Meat Department and I got them down.

Where in the world did hire your staff from? I hear, "I don't know" more than anything. You go to your garden center they are polite and knowledgeable. Not person that didn't know ask someone else. You need to fix your staff, so disappointed and I saw several on their phones or talking to themselves. Freaking wow.
