This is the idk how many times I have asked them not to fill my prescriptions in Livingston.I have moved and have a " new" Walgreens in another city.When time comes to fill my prescriptions for the coming month., It is a three ring circus.Both stores point the blame to the other one.

This is the second time that I have gone to this location during business hours to find the store closed. There was a sign on the door that said "Corporate is looking for a substitute pharmacist, we will be open ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience. "When is ASAP? An hour...two...tomorrow?The Huntsville store was no help though their numver was on the door. Rodney, the assistant manager there didn't want to help because they were not in the same district.I called corporate and was told that corporate doesn't look for substitutes, that's the store managers job. There were three people With APPOINTMENTS who were not called to say the store was closed. Most of us who were waiting had driven for than 20 miles to pick up our prescriptions.CVS is right across the street and Walmart is close by...I think I need to make a move.

They do not fill your meds until you show up even after the dr sends it over 2 days prior.

The pharmacists are really nice even on the phone when Im fumbling for paperwork to ask the right questions. Very clean store and reliable service, Im glad there is a pharmacy/store that sets an example of customer service for other businesses.

Absolutely awful service. 1st time I used them they lost one of the prescriptions that they filled and I had to wait for them to find or refill. The second time they had 4 prescriptions for over 24 hours and when I went to pick them up one hadn't been filled and the cashier told me "I could wait 15 minutes for it". Both instances I've had to leave and come back. There will not be a 3rd time.

Excellent service extended to their patients! Ms. Rangel, RPH and Halye, CPHT went above and beyond to take care of my prescription needs, without being asked. Highly recommend their pharmacy.

Updated to add: Both my husband and I just tested positive for COVID-19.Horrible experience trying to buy a COVID-19 test. Be careful going to this location because they do not bring the tests outside so sick people are having to go inside! I called to see if they had any test. They told me they did. I asked if they had curb side or if someone could bring it out, that I was pretty sure I had the virus and don’t want to expose others. They said “sure just call us when you get here and we will bring it out.” When I arrived the person who answered said she could not bring it out. I told her ten mins ago someone said they could, I really don’t want to expose people. So she put the phone down then comes back and said the pharmacist said “if we could we would.” So I told her that was really odd considering I just called. I guess I’ll have to come inside to get the test. She told me “and just one of you so we can cut down on the exposure.” To which I replied “no $hit. Be right there” and hung up. I feel so horrible, I honestly can’t even believe we made it to the store. Then the woman comes to the door (now apparently she can step away) to tell my husband I said a dirty word so they won’t sell to me. Luckily he insisted that he wasn’t the one who said it and we are trying to prevent exposing people to an infectious disease and they are acting like children over a dirty word.

Employee was walking around without a mask touching different medications, was within six feet of customers without a mask, spoke to the pharmacist behind the counter maskless. Thought the pharmacist would say something but employee remained behind counter organizing medication without a mask. Walgreens staff really doing their part to ensure this pandemic never ends Pulling my script
