Would leave a zero if I could. Had hip surgery a few days ago and had 5 rods put in my hip. A walker was ordered to help me move around along with a shower chair. Delivery was supposed to go be today. Have been home all day waiting for these iteams. Got a notification that they attempted to deliver and no one was home, that is false. Also said they left a letter for redelivery when they did not. You go to call them and it’s just robots that you can’t ever get a human on the phone. This is bs.

I can't stand thieves. Packages are always cut open *just enough* to peak inside. Had a pocket knife stolen today.

I am appalled that the carrier is so lazy as to not deliver any packages that don't fit in our little rural mailbox. We have to drive into town and pick them up ourselves. Horrible service.

I was born in NY and to be honest, we used to always get our packages wether it rains, snow or whatever.. Here, they find a wet road an excuse to not do their job. I have never seen so many lazy people like there is in this town.. Seriously.. start getting young people before they start learning to be lazy as well. And staff needs to stop being rude....

I can NOT understand how you can be a mail carrier and can't read!!! Package says PHOTOS: DO NOT BEND!!! Guess what it's bent. Guess you can't fix stupid! Edit: This is 2 yrs later and they still are awesome thank goodness they can crush mail still.

Getting an email that says attempted delivery and I am home every day and my package is no larger than an envelope, so what's the problem? Why can't I get my package in my mailbox and of course no one answers the phone when I call this is ridiculous that I have to go to the post office when they put all my other mail in the box. Totally Ridiculous!!!

Held my mail for a week now saying my mail box was inaccessible. Does this looked blocked? I didn't think so either. Fyi mine is the 1 sticking out. Pure laziness no other excuse.

the ladies in the office are amazing. the drivers are the issue. packages are always late/typically delivered a week later. you literally have to stop the mail people and have them search their vehicle in order to get your package on time.

2 packages were out for delivery but not delivered this week.
Today we received again on tracking, "Delivery attempted" for a package that was out for delivery, a few hours after 3 pieces of mail were left in our box.
Tracking showed delivery today so I checked often.
We have a mailbox on the road and the old driver used to just drop the package over our fence, on rainy days she put them in plastic bags.
No one seems motivated to try to deliver our mail anymore.

After making a complaint to consumer affairs asking if they could leave packages on my porch instead of at the bottom of my steps or in the yard because I'm disabled they now refuse to deliver packages to my address. Called and the supervisor put my carrier on the phone who then told me I'm not disabled because I have steps going up to my porch!!! I can not walk without a mobility aid and so sorry I can not afford to build a ramp! My carrier stated that she'll never step foot on my property again and that no other carrier will be taking over my route, didn't know the carriers make personnel decisions!

So amazon package says delivered the 20th. But never got it filed a complaint with USPS. The intelligent petson who called me said that the status said delivered. Well, if that where true I would'nt have filed that it was'nt. This postal service is the worst of the worst!
