UPDATE: NOTHING THEY PROMISED WAS TRUE! STILL HAVING PROBLEMS SORTING IT OUT! I went in today very upset with Verizon after being a customer for 30 years. I am now a T-Mobile customer. Thanks to Meghan! She is amazing and gave me great customer service. Highly recommend them and their customer service.

Don't even bother going in!! They do not staff the story with anyone who has knowledge on the phones they sell. I drove 30 miles and went in for help after spending over a week trying to resolve the problem by reading online and trying 20 different recommendations. They did not know anything at all even though I walked the manager and an employee through the problem. I do not recommend buying a phone from T-Mobile. You will not get support for your device and if you go into this store you will waste your time. ;(

They fixed the glitch with my phone and updated me on a way for me and my husband to get new phones on trade in. Very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Overall a great visit

These people were awesome today!They got me and my family successfully swapped from Verizon and it wasn't painful! I hopped in there on one of there specials and they paid my current phones off and checked all the addresses we travel too and we are conveniently near t mobile towers everywhere we go! Everyone in the store was so nice and happy to help me find the best plan and save me lots of dollars!I can't wait to hop on their internet plan for my house and yessss SAVE MORE MONEY!!!! Thank you x10000! I'm so happy to have t mobile!

The wait was a bit long considering there was only 2 customers &n3 employees on site.They still DO NOT CARE about rural customers having service. They put towers in highly populated areas & even if you offer them land to build a tower to serve a larger community of rural people they do nothing!

Great experience! I was greeted by a young lady I believe her name was Valeria, I was wanting to switch from Verizon for years of them overcharging, charging me for “unlimited” hotspot that I paid extra for only for them to change their unlimited service and not telling me (the customer) that it would no longer be unlimited but still going to charge the same amount and even at the first of the month when the hotspot had all the gigs re-newed it it was still terrible. Also it’s weird that verzion basically has no service in town, if you have Verizon go to sonic and park and try to do anything with your data.. you can’t. Back to my T-Mobile experience, this young lady helped me from the moment I walked in and got me a deal where I was able to pay off my old phone and get the brand new iPhone with T-Mobile. I was worried I would lose my iCloud being that hadn’t backed it up in months and like a wizard she was able to save everything for me. She’s very professional, but at the same time is very sweet and helpful. My bill is now quite a bit lower that with Verizon and I get way better service in town, I have the home internet too now and it works flawlessly. Will never go back to any other service, sometimes face to face customer service on that level can make you a life long customer.

Rude! Went in with my small dog in my arms. To ask a quick question about service. First younger Lady was welcoming until a lady that looked like she hated life came out and said you can't have your dog in here! Never greeted me never smiled or inquired if my dog was a service animal simply RUDE!

The T-Mobile store in Livingston Texas is a joke unfortunately the people that work inside miss Monica she's okay she will try to help you do what she can you know but T-Mobile overall charges you too much money they are too expensive and they'll charge you three or four times a week for the same thing not only that they really don't care customer service they will hang up in your face customer service will hang up in your face you can call on the phone and they think they're paying your phone bill they will hang up on you it's ridiculous the service at T-Mobile customer service over the phone is ridiculous
