Took my last military cover (hat) for cleaning so I can wear for Veterans day. Came back nice, stuffed so it will maintain shape until that day! One piece was not lost (my biggest fear). My eagle, globe and anchor, once again, will be worn proudly!

So I had 6 slacks and six shirts. I asked them how much to just press everything because I had just washed them They told me it would be cheapest to just press $2. I went to pick them up today they charged me for dry cleaning $46 should have been like $26. They said someone told you wrong! It's not my problem they told me wrong. They made no effort to make it right overcharged me around $20 guess I should have got it in writing. I will not use them again. Be carefull there.

The staff that worked thier were very helpful and welcoming, which is always a plus , they went above and beyond to make sure my items where exactly how I needed them, they listened and paid specifically close to detail.

When you want your jeans starched, along with your shirts, this is the best place to go. I like MY jeans heavily starched like boards. The ladies there do an awesome job in sending them off. You might have to fine tune it to your liking, but the experience should be good in the end.

Been using Shasta for 8 years but after cocky attitude from manager today will not use them again get some adults in there not kids. I quote my clothes supposed to be there yesterday, the reason not person was on vacation I’ll see what I can do to have them to you on Monday like if not to bad then. I’m not one to complain but hey u work for me not the other way around. I pay u for service know what the employees are doing and convey it to customers. If I had of been notified fine, but I drive from Shepherd to there for my clothes. So don’t cop no attitude on me cause employee was on vacation.Service: Alterations
