Hours of operation are not 7am, when you call it states the office is closed. So many missed pick ups when we have auto draft and it states we have service. New name same awful service.

I have been trying to get a refund since March 2021. The company was sold to Republic... They won't pay back money that they never received. The remaining Santek office keep telling me that my case is under investigation for months.Service: Junk removal

January 2021. Requested a pick up for moving boxes they wanted to charge 2 dollars per box... so we took them to a recycling center who charged $5 for all. May 2021. Requested a pick up for yard clippings they wanted to charge 10 dollars to pick up and 2 dollars per bag. The service rep said. "Well... we have to take them to the dump.... " ?? ??.. Really?? .. Dont they already go there?A few days later .. they Picked Up our Trash Cans without me asking them to. Our bill was through May. So we canceled their service and went with another trash service.. 1 Star company. .

Canceled service with santek left the trash at my house and took there trash can very poor service and don’t understand how these people are In business with the way they do service I would like my original town and country back. Not these rude no return calling selfish people. There still trying to charge me that I owe them when they owe me for the poor service and forgetfulness. Manager/employees were not pleasant.

Thank you so much Santek for not taking care of your loyal customers during this pandimic , people are struggling trying to pay what they can and you cut off service instead of trying to help people. Shame on you as a company.

This is by far the worst company i have dealth with on the 15 years ive been here. Town and country was awesome santek is the worst. Recommend no one to use them if possible. They make sure to charge me for extra tread cans yet cant even pick up one.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Missed pick up several times. Threw boxes in my ditch!! Do you know they didn’t pick up my trash last week and when my husband called them they came out 2 days later and didn’t pick up the trash and instead LEFT THEIR TRASH CAN?!! Like I’m supposed to transfer it all to their trash can because they failed to notify us or leave a new can. I moved companies and will never look back!! Bye Santek!!! Come get your trash can ASAP!!

Zero Stars. I was with Town and Country. A few months back Santek took over. Pick up is 2 times a week but most of the time Santek came once a week. Then one day left a trash can but refused to take the over flow of trash they created by missing pick ups and not taking what was already by the road. Also have a couple of vidoes of them throwing full cans in the ditch and driveway. Thank you Santek

Not only have there been inconsistencies in our neighborhood pickups, but yesterday when it was NOT our trash day, they picked up a box and bin of BOOKS that I was sharing with our neighbors. They placed perfectly good books in the trash! There’s no way these could’ve been mistaken for trash. They were in a plastic tub. No trash bin was even out. How upsetting!

This is a horrible as company don’t get this one they didn’t take are trash for 2 weeks and they said they were coming the next day and they didn’t come and they came on Friday and and just took one trash can and they left the other one and then we called and they were in front of us and they shall we were talking to someone and they came an take it all..??
