I called last week to see if they could fix this ongoing issue with my car. He open and honestly let me know that they were really busy at that time and could see about getting it checked out Monday, which was just a few days later. Absolutely, no biggie for myself as I appreciate the honesty instead of saying yes and then my car just sit. I call Monday and he says to bring my car in. I got an update that same Monday afternoon and that my car would be ready the following morning. Tuesday morning I get another call saying my car is finished. I was shocked at how fast my car was finished. They did good! My car drove like a dream just like he told me on the phone! In all, I wholeheartedly appreciated the honesty and how respectful the guys were to me. I will be recommending to others for sure! Thank ya’ll again!

These guys are awesome! Got my car ac fixed in the time frame promised, great prices and great customer service! I rarely give 5 stars but this company deserved it! I’d recommend anyone to this shop!

These guys fixed a problem another shop (wrench works-dont go there) caused. The work they did was efficient,
done well, and reasonably priced. They are knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with taking care of their customers. 10/10 recommended.

I wasn’t going to initially leave a review. I came to the shop with an exhaust leak and loud muffler. My initial visit they told me they have a car just like mine and they can take the muffler off that and put on mine. Unfortunately, the muffler was no where near the correct one for a Chevy cobalt 2010. I visited them a second time and they told me they would order the correct part for me. Once again, the muffler was not made for my car and also was not positioned correctly. I went to them a third time to see if they could rotate it to fit properly however they told me that they were not able. I took matters into my own hands and ordered the correct muffler for my car from Autozone. As I was going to have my father repair it himself when he was in town, he was unable to do so because they WELDED the piece into the pipe because it was not the correct piece to begin with. I have put upwards of $600 into this shop for the problem not to be fixed and having to spend more money to cut off the exhaust that shouldn’t have been welded in the first place. They continuously told me it was because of the rust because I am originally from NY, however that should no longer be an excuse because they fixed that problem the first time by switching out my exhaust system from the engine back. I felt entirely taken advantage of in this situation. I continually gave them the benefit of the doubt and my problem still isn’t fixed and I have a brand new muffler that can’t be put on until I cut off the welding.

I took my car into this shop and had the front end alignment done. A month later one of the nuts on the lower a frame was loose and destroyed the car. They also couldn't work or fix my older ob1 car. I wouldn't wast your money or your life here.

Very friendly people and fast service. Man gave me a figure off the top of his head when he looked at my vehicle of what it would cost to have it fixed. When I went to pick it up the cost was EXACTLY what he had told me. I am VERY PLEASED with this place. If I need any other work done on my vehicle, I will take it to Rods and Wrenches.

This garage is the " Best Care Anywhere" I have taken my cars there several times. The saff are top notch, friendly, and professional. Always happy to do what it takes to get your problem solved. I took my old 96 Ford Explorer there 8 months ago to get the A/C rebuilt. It worked great when I picked it up. But now 8 months later something failed that they installed, and they replaced the part and fixed everything at no cost, warentee service. I was very happy. Their prices are about what you will pay for labor, and that is set by the industry. But they will work with you to do the work and get the best price they can for the job. I highly recommend Rods$Wrenches for any and all your automotive repairs and services. Remember, they are the( Best Care Anywhere).

Driving my truck home on the freeway from work after they did a 4 wheel brake job and the right rear tire was nearly about to fall off because they didn't tighten up the lug nuts, thanks to GOD though it didn't come off and kill me!!

I have had multiple things fixed at Rods & Wrenches. Finally an honest mechanic! I looked on the internet for the amount hours required for the repair I needed. I get to the shop to pay him and he tells me "It would cost you xxxx price usually but, since I know a trick to get it done way faster, I'm only going to charge you how long it took me." Who does that!?!?! I have never left a review in my life but with such honesty and integrity i felt i had to. I have dealt with them 4 times, everytime fair and quality work. I will never go anywhere else and am referring anyone I know that needs repairs to him. 5 stars easy.

I had shared earlier that my car had been repaired but my engine cover had been broken while in their hands and I realize now that I should have contacted them directly. Because they saw my post and replaced the engine cover. Thank you so much for your top notch customer service!
