7-26-24 Wife calls me about 7pm on her way back from sisters house in Lufkin. The car started smoking an temperature was running hot she was able to pull over into the parking lot of Robert's Onsite Tire Service. The radiator decided to take a crap leaving my wife and 10 month old baby girl stuck a hour an twenty minutes away from home. Already closed and not expecting help the owner of the shop graciously let my family inside while I made my way up to get them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you and your wife are a blessing.

We had damage on a U-Haul trailer tire trying to move from Ohio to Houston, late on a Saturday afternoon, and U-Haul contacted this shop on our behalf. After speaking to the owner we agreed to drive slowly toward Livingston as he was out on another call and couldn’t drive toward us in Nacogdoches. Just outside on Livingston we see a tire shop on Hwy 59 S. And think let’s stop. It ends up being Robert’s on-site. A gentleman walks out to check on us and we explain the situation and realize this is the same place U-Haul was sending out to help us. His employee went right to work and had our tire changed on the trailer in about 5 min and all this was after hours and we were on our way!! Amazing service, and so kind!! Thanks y’all!

Great business to deal with! My RV was broke down while traveling back home. The owner Babe was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He put me at ease and said he would take care of everything. He setup the tow truck and started working on the repairs ASAP. They had me up and running by the next day. Thanks again Babe and Team for a great job!

I will never use this company again. Word of mouth was they were honest people. I’m guessing they choose who to be honest with. Unlike many other truck services these guys “3 hour minimum” is NOT included in the road service amount. It seems like they’ll charge you to come to your truck (Road service $250) but then charge you $150 per hour. And no those are not extra hours they worked. They only worked on my truck no more than 2 hours total within those 2 trips even though it would’ve taken less if he would have had the correct and not kept trying to cause it to strip.

I had them do work on my car they were very courteous and professional, they showed me my air filter letting me know it would need to be changed soon, they check my oil for me (because of a slow leak) and said just bring it by and we'll top it off for you if need be. I will be returning and I recommend them to everyone.

Great Shop!! The Owner, Babe, was the one who patched my tire and did a quick and great job. We spoke about other types for my SUV and he was incredibly knowledgeable.I love the family values they distributed and the shop is named in honor of his father, Robert.

We were traveling from Sulphur Springs Texas back to Cleveland Texas when we had a blowout on our trailer . We were limping the trailer down interstate 59 and we found his parking lot. We were just gonna pull in there and change the tire ourselves because he was closed, but Robert was still there and came out and helped us with this tire for no charge. We used his jack and he jacked the trailer up and helped us put a tire on and we got back on the road he is very very professional man, and I would recommend him to anybody.

Had a blow out on our trailer headed home from Sulphur Springs. The owner helped us put on our spare and charged nothing. I’m glad to see kind human beings and he will definitely see my business any time I’m in Livingston in need of tires or mechanical repairs.

Roberts tire shop is a shop of family values and Integrity, they don’t overcharge, they treat you like family, and they give you a ride home for free while they work on your vehicle. Very few auto shops like this still exist, I am blown away by the service, affordability, and strong values the owner upholds.

Best place ever!!!!
Affordable prices, great services. The office is so nice it looks like a lounge. They have coffee all day. Ac/heat, hot water if you prefer tea. Overall it's a great place.
