The store with the dirty bathrooms always and the cashiers are very rude, really rude and despotic. They should supervise the store more. Who is in charge of this? It is one of the many bad experiences I have had in this dirty and rude store.

7-Eleven is always a great store to visit, especially whenever Dawn is working. She is a wonderful addition to my 7-Eleven visits with her cheerful smile and helpful attitude.

The gas station clerk was very sweet & very helpful! She is very social & keeps the place very clean! I'm coming to this gas station from now on!

Cashier was extremely rude to my two grandchildren who were waiting to pay for drinks. There was a line of six customers waiting to pay and he said “It’s shift change so it’s going to be 10 minutes” in a rude manner like he was inconvenienced by customers being there. Customer service training is needed or this store will likely not have return customers with this employee conduct.

12:00 pm October 22These are the filthiest bathrooms I have ever seen. They arent even as busy as the houston 7/11s, why do they not have time to clean? When I told the employees they looked at eachother and laughed. The coffee there makes me sick to my stomach.This is the worst 7/11 I've ever been to.

The 7-11 across from Taco Bell and next to Auto Zone needs a new manager that actually cares about the store and its employees. She yells and treats everyone (employees) with disrespect and makes the customer experience miserable. Store is going down-hill. The people who used to be there in the morning and had a smile on their face, are now all gone. Something needs to change or I will change stores.

What is this? It’s 9:00am in the morning and the salsa bar is absolutely disgusting. There was only four things in the hot box. The drink station was sticky it was just overall super gross in there.

I was in the store today, the first time in along time. I was astonished how terrible it look. Garbage all over the floor, 2 dirty combs by the cash register on the floor, fountain wall dirty. No cups available for fountain drinks. Floor looks like it hasn't been mopped for days. 3 sandwiches in the cold case, meat so bad couldn't tell what kind of meat it was. Nothing in the hot case, fruit cups filled with water and expired fruit. Employees standing around doing nothing but talking in the kitchen, not doing anything. Store went down hill. Managers must be so proud. Can't believe the health department hasn't shut it down. Will never be back
