Could not believe what they offered for my jeep jku rubicon, has over 20k in upgrades. They couldn't even get close to book or what other dealers offered for it. Heard stories, but never believed it could be that bad. They should be ashamed of them selves!

They had our truck for a week . They have no loaners . Went to check on it , They have not touched it . Warranty work . How long do they expect you to wait to get your vehicle

Service center no good, I paid $1800.00, truck isn't fix, had to pay other wreaking to pick it , I'm out $280.00 on wrecker bill, they did not fix my truck, and I'm out $2080.00, no help from them, bad service

I spoke with Mike Johnson all day today and let him know we would have to do outside financing to get a good rate. It’s been 6 hours now, and he just now told me they do not take outside financing, after my bank had already ran my credit. They never showed me a buyers order or told me how much I would be financing. Only wanted to tell me my monthly payment. Definitely not trustworthy people! I would never give them my business.

I went to this dealership to purchase a beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel , and unfortunately left empty handed due to poor service and a lack of business integrity. I received an itemized invoice for the vehicle that included window tints for $499, and a care/service package for approximately $1,800. The care/service package was said to include a free multi point inspection for one year , along with a pre-installed LoJack System. The windows of the vehicle were not tinted , so the cost was removed. I requested to decline the care/service package due to the dealership being over 2 hours from my home, and the benefits only being redeemable at this location. The sales manager reduced the price of the care/service packages. We then came to an agreement on a “out the door” price , and both signed a form. Once the dealership became aware of me providing my own financing , the sales representative goes to speak with the sales manager, and not they do not accept outside financing, due to a delay in payment. Once I informed them my bank is located in Houston, and a wire could be sent to expedite the process, they sent out the finance manger who was extremely rude and arrogant and informed me since I have my own financing the price has changed , and I must pay for the care/service package that the previous manager already agreed to discount due to the lack of need. I currently had a interest rate of 4.5% using my personal bank and informed them if it could be beat , I’ll gladly finance with them , but they were not able to beat the rate and said what was already agreed to is now voided because I choose to use my own financing, forcing me to pay for a package that I don’t with to have . The finance manager told me they don’t have a vehicle to sell me if I didn’t pay extra for having my own financing or not use their financing. The finance managers was extremely rude , unprofessional, arrogant and unpleasant. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership!

The service department is not very well run. The girl at the front seems to be very confused on appointments. Took over 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and they charge crazy fees above a basic oil change. $3 digital image storage fees. Miscellaneous fees of $1.69 shop fees credit card fee. Seems they are trying to make money on bogus fees.

Not too long ago I was upset because well, a few jeep problems weren’t solved . Well management and the gentleman I was whining about made contact with me immediately and heard my complaints and in less then48 hours ( there was allot of work to do beyond my explanation) they had me back in my jeep and everything I complained about was taken care of . Sorry B. Man you guys sure made up for it and I’m grateful for that and appreciate you and the entire staff . Thanks

We stopped at a rest stop on our way to St. Louis and couldn’t start our Jeep. We had just purchased it a week prior from a dealership in Houston. After getting a jump we circled back to Kramer to see what the issue was. After explaining our situation, the Kramer team expedited our Jeep through the process and quickly concluded it was just some loose battery cables. They alleviated our concerns and assured us everything looked good. Thanks to the Kramer team for their quick response and support. We had a fantastic trip seeing family and were only delayed a couple of hours thanks to your fine team.
