Purchased used 2015 GMC Sierra Pickup one year ago. ONE YEAR. So far, just had transmission replaced ($6000), water pump ($300), battery ($200), front brakes and rotors ($400) and 4 tires ($1100). DO NOT BUY USED FROM THIS BUSINESS Not even worth 1 star.

Took my new Z71 LTZ truck In for two very small buff marks on right doors from factory. And they put swril marks all over both doors and full of white powder on inside. told me that the clear coat was bad from the factory. And both door would have to be strip down & repainted. I needed to file a warranty claim . Took it to another dealership. They told that it was buffed with wrong kind pad . The other dealership fixed it in about two hours & cleaned inside too. Called premier 3 times and every time they were smug and didn't care. Don't waste your time money on this place.Service: Body & Trim

First off the Service Associate JR on the Ram side is AMAZING - fast, courtious and attentive to his customers needs and problems. The technician's in the shop are so professional and have a genuine concern that you and they understand your issues- I have had them sit with me in my vehicle and explain things to me that were not shown to me when I purchased it. Overall the two make a Winning Team.. Hopefully management understands the awesomeness of that Group!
