When you have a line of people standing there with a box who just need to check it in and you’re helping people send text messages and faxes maybe just offer to check in the package and give the person a receipt?
Most of the people are standing in the line for is very very quick and simple and you’re making everybody stand there and watch while you scan 50 something pages to send a fax that isn’t going
What the hell is wrong that you can’t see the line of package holders just need to check it in ?

Open until 5:30 pm but they don't do notary after 5? Was told by the guy that always does notary that the notary left at 5.

I was super upset this morning with an issue on the UPS side of things not PostNet. After calling and getting help from Angela my view was completely changed. She went above and beyond and assisted me and took my info down to stay in contact to make sure it was taken care of. Angela I really appreciate you and the managers help! PostNet Livingston ROCKS!!

I arrived 15 minutes before 9:00, waiting to return a package. I entered the open door at 9:00. A man told me they weren't open yet. I told him I would wait. He said No, go outside. He made me go outside, turn around and come back in! Whatever! Then he said that his store could not read a QR code in order to return my prepaid package. I would have to travel over 50 miles to a corporate UPS location, very unfriendly the whole while.

Great business, great folks, great location, great service. They do know what they are doing. Sometimes it's too hot in there and they play their music way too loud sometimes but I am ok with that because they offer such a valuable and needed service. These folks are top notch. Ten thumbs up!
