These guys are so lazy. They know nothing about vehicles. If I could rate it zero stars I would!
I came here to get a new battery, they tested the alternator but not the battery. I did some research of my own and concluded the battery was the issue, and went back into the store. I explained to another employee what my issue was, he ridiculed me and basically said he was not going to sell me a new battery.
I took my truck to AutoZone on the other side of the freeway and they changed my battery for a new one! I explained my situation to them, and they said they get a lot of customers like me coming from O’Reilly.
It’s unfortunate having to deal with people that do not want to do their job. From now on, I will continue to take my business to AutoZone.

The help here is friendly the parts however are expensive I don't go here anymore save a lot of money by shopping online same parts half the price.

It was a mess! 3 trips later, 3 employees later and FINALLY they found a part that actually matched what's on my vehicle. My mechanic worked an entire day due to having to return an inferior, defective part.

When you give them the make and model of your vehicle, you'd better double check that they've given you the correct part. I've had MULTIPLE instances of receiving the wrong part from them, and so have several of my friends. Just keep an eye on em. Mistakes happen. I get it. But mistakes seem to be a frequent occurrence at this particular location.
