Went to check out some cars and the salesman was very rude and acted like he didn't want us to be there so we left and went somewhere else to buy our car.

My wife went in to purchase a vehicle.. the guy that showed the car was most pleasant...she went in with the finance manager sit down gave her all the info ..now my wife checked her credit score...knew what it was before going in there...this lady was so rude and disrespectful...she only used one financial institution..knowing there are three...told my wife her credit score was lower than it was...my wife tried to look at the paper when the lady snagged it out of her hands before she could see it..then told my wife the bank said no now mind you they use three different banks...so we get up and leave..not 15 minutes her credit score pops up in her email where they pulled it...as expected..my wife's credit score was exactly what she said it was ..the lady completely lied to her....bbb is being notified....that lady needs to be removed from there period...they deserve nothing

I bought a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu! Little did I know before driving off the lot with the car that the car had been wrecked really bad. The whole front of the car was wired together. I was never told this when buying the car. They said they were going to wash and clean inside of car but did not. When I picked the car up it was filthy. I called to ask where the floor Matt's were that were in the car when I bought it and was told the were to dirty to clean and were thrown away. Go buy some at wal mart is what the lady on the phone literally told me. Also they replaced the fuel pump in the car and it went out a wk later. I called and asked for help in getting the fule pump replaced and could never get anyone to return the phone call. I paid almost 12,000 dollars for the car. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had.Would not recommend or purchase another car from them.

Don't waste your time with renting a car here. I called yesterday to ask about renting a car and was told that they don't provide insurance coverage and I needed liability insurance. So I found an insurance company and by the time I had insurance they were closed I called back today and spoke with the rudest woman ever. I got the wrong insurance and need full coverage. Okay, I was going to call my agent and switch the type of coverage. I asked if there's anything else I need to worry about renting a car? I mentioned my DL is from CA and she said they can't rent me a car. Don't waste your time. They also are not BBB accredited which popped up when I looked to type this review. Oh and no pick up and drop off for car rental. I'd leave zero stars if I could.
