I sent my husband to get an a phone through the affordable care act at this location. They told him they couldn’t and to come back next day. We live 25 miles away but I went next day. He tried to tell me again next day. I said unacceptable we heard that yesterday and how was I sure I wouldn’t again tomorrow. I asked for the store number to file a complaint. He said it’s outside. I grabbed a picture of the street number. The man came outside and said I had to delete my picture cause his car was in it. I tried to show him I zoomed and had street sign only. He said he would report me for taking a picture. I went somewhere else. I’ll post the pictures I got here for y’all

One employee on a Sunday and spent over 30 minutes trying to resolve one persons technical issues with 5 people in line behind them- we wanted to buy a new phone and people wanted to pay their bill but it was more important to try to get someone’s headphones working for them when their phone doesn’t even work- zero stars

THIS STORE NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE!!! IVE BEEN CALLING FOR A WHOLE WEEK WAITING FOR MY HOME WIFI ROUTER BUT I CANT EVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!!! I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL AND WOULD TAKE 2 DAYS AND THIS WAS LAST WEEK!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME ABOUT MY ROUTER!! I WORK IN HOUSTON AND GET OFF LATE SO I CAN'T GO TO THE STORE PERSONALLY!!!!!

Very bad service they tell you one thing in the store and it's totally different when you get home. Was told my bill was due on the 1st got home got an email it was due on the 29 th paid another 10 dollars to bring it up to the 1st.
