“My orders had been sent to a pharmacy in Lufkin, and wound up getting sent to LINCARE in Lufkin. Because of where I live, Lufkin then transferred it to LINCARE here in Livingston. During the transfers, my contact number got changed up. I went personally to the office in Livingston and the ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. This order was sent 5 months ago, so I am extremely grateful that they were able to sort it out and find my doctors orders. It took them 3 minutes to get to the bottom of the issue. They updated my contact information and will be calling me soon for me to come and get my equipment! I am very grateful for the professional and courteous service I received here today!”
