Most employees are curtious and professional, one is just rude, and I never approach that person when I'm there. For the bad employee, and my delivery debacle, Lowe's gets 3 stars.

Great place very helpful , even in the rain Cares enough to counsel me on how it was better for my item to be a certain way so it wouldn’t break TY Best Buy!
