This is not the old usa transmission. Livingston transmission is new and has people that really know transmissions. They were fast and cost was reasonable.

The guy Jerry is very disrespectful an cussing at his customers an always giving lies about sum an took our vehicle in for transmission work an they clipped the whole trans harness an left wires unplugged from the new pigtail connection they replaced with aftermarket one an had it all rigged up I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICE S DUE TO A LOT OF THEFT AN DEFECTIVE PROBLEMS AFTERWARDS. EXAUGHST IS VERY LOUD IN OUR VEHICLE WHEN IT USED TO BE VERY QUITE WHEN RUNNING 3 RD GEAR IS SLIPPING AN THEY SAID ITS GOOD AS NEW PEOPLE USE OTHER SERVICES NOT THIS ONE

At Livingston Transmission is under New Management. Jerry is great with getting right to the heart of the issue. He was a honest and up front right from the beginning.I see a lot of peoples reviews complain about two different company’s which is NOT At Livingston Transmissions. I am the owner of USA Transmissions in Lufkin. We are NOT affiliated with these people. These people have a bad reputation and I answer several phone calls a week from people these guys have allegedly cheated.

When it was Livingston Transmissions, BEFORE it became USA Transmissions, it was very bad. They called me to bring in my car earlier than scheduled, but it sat in the yard for 1 month before they can get to it. They had a problem getting parts, couldn't get workers, office staff would lie to me about what was going on. Now that it is USA Transmissio N s, everything is much better. The new manager "Charley " is very good at explaining things and he and his staff go out of their way to take care of you and your car.

This is worst place in the world the only reason they get one star because there is know 0 stars I let them take car on nov 3 since then all I get is were waiting on part then call the owner if you can reach him and gives same excuse don't trust him he is a lliar and cheat

Avoid this business like the plague.They “rebuilt my transmission” for $4600 & I could not get it out of their parking lot.My truck spent almost 3 months before they found the ACTUAL problem & since then, my 4WD has not worked, due to wires being pulled out while in their so called shop.

Dropped my truck off & they diagnosed transmission failure. $4800 to rebuild & 2 weeks to do. When I picked up my truck, could not make it out the driveway! I left the truck with them again & they decided it was the transfer case, then the rear axle. 2 months later they took it to the Ford dealership & determined it was a transmission solenoid. 3 months without my truck & the first time I try to use the 4wd, it did not work. I left it with them again for a week & they "could not find the problem". After dozens of unreturned calls & double talk, I found they had pulled some wires out of the transfer case control motor. Tired of dealing with these idiots, paying for a rebuild I didn't need & the warranty is not worth the paper it was printed on. Avoid this place like the plague

This was the ABSOLUTE worst situation I ever allowed myself to get in!! They have had my car for over two months and still not finished. To say they give you the run around is a true understatement!!! I have had to hire a lawyer do to failure to communicate. These people are dishonest, untrustworthy, deceitful, manipulative, liars , faulty and swindler’s!!! They will take your money faster than a speeding bullet and leave you high and dry in return. After reading the reviews I see I am not the only person they have robbed!!! SMH!!!! Sad and sorry place of business!!!! BEWARE!!! TURN AWAY!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE ROBBED!!!!
