This place is awesome and fantastic people.It's super clean and the owners are very approachable plus others who work out are always ready to assist when asked. It's the go to place for fitness in Livingston.

Clean facility, GREAT members and the owners are very nice. The girls in the office are the friendliest and know most members by name. I have never been in where I am not greeted by the staff. The new addition is very exciting and can't wait to see what it will hold!

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited. It wasn't as big as the mega gyms that I usually visit. But, it consisted of everything that you need. The owners and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and readily available for any questions that you have. The facilities and equipment are up to date and it is very clean.I would recommend this fitness center to any and all of my friends and family.

Great gym, Amazing staff, and lots of different equipment to use. They also sell supplements so it's convenient.
