The most uncaring facility I have ever dealt with. Our dogs have been going to this office for 3 years. Last week, I had to cancel an appointment the day of the appointment because my in-laws were killed in a sudden and tragic accident. Unfortunately, I was unable to give 24 hours notice, but I did cancel the appt. Prior to this, I had no cancellations or no shows. When I called to reschedule, I was told I had to pay a $50 cancelation fee (this was not explained when the appt was canceled). I asked for consideration given the circumstances and was told "I'm only doing what the doctor told me." I really don't want someone so uncaring to provide medical care for my dog. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Robison is the best vet we've ever had. He is so good with all our animals. On our most recent visit he even inquired after my friends and family who live where flooding was happening. Since we've only been in this area for a short time I just thought that was so thoughtful of him to remember that.

We have been here a few times after being in the area for the last year. Really happy to have such a great service friendly staff and reasonable prices. We had an issue with our boxer delivering puppies and while a couple doses of medication to help with the birth didn't help they were able to do a successful c section and momma and the stuck puppy both made it. After almost 24 hours of labor momma is home and resting with her babies now. Felt they took good care of them while they were in their care.

Emergency services my butt, called because my dog was attacked and had a hole in his head, bleeding from the nose etc. Was told doctor would CALL? me in 30 minutes. It's currently been almost 2 hours. Ridiculous. NOT AN EMERGENCY VET.

Very nice and caring staff. Unfortunately we went for the first time when it was time to put our family treasure to sleep. It was late on a Friday and the staff made sure that we were taken care of and the doctor stayed after closing for us. Easier to talk about this now as we have our sights set on an adult rescue so we are looking forward to using this location regularly!! Always remember that Heaven is the place where you get to see all of the dogs you have ever had in your life!!

I brought my dog in on an emergency basis because he sounded like he had an obstruction in his airway. We were forced to wait while they took walkins and our dog struggled to breathe. Very poor service.

Dr. Brandon Cronin did a fantastic job today. He was kind, calm, caring, reassuring, and super compassionate. We made the hard decision to euthanize our cat, Khloe, today. Dr. Cronin and his staff were excellent.
