We ordered oxygen from Lincare for my husband back the 30th April 2022. He only had the equipment for only a month, thru May. They came and picked up all their equipment in the first part of June 2022. Today they are still taking money out of our account without authorization to! No one will answer the phone when I call! I've called dozens of times! Very frustrating!

My experience with Lincare in Livingston was in August 2021 when I had a order for oxygen, their employee brought me a concentrator and portable bottle to pull behind me to the room at the hospital. I walk with a cane and was left to pull the portable and concentrator out of E.R. with no help. Then when I called for them to pick it up they waited for another week. Also do not sign showing they delivered or picked up it automatically set up future payments to come out of bank. I have Medicare and they charged me twice what my part would have been. Do Not use them. If I could mark no stars I would.

After getting the run around for over a week, I found what I needed on Amazon, lol they wanted me to pay 135 out of pocket because they said my insurance wouldn’t cover it for over 6 weeks. Y’all just screwed yourselves cause now I can buy the supplies online at less than what I pay with insurance.

Will give you the run around when trying to return equipment no longer in use. Had to call the bank to stop payment. Will not use again. Given 4 different numbers. The last number given I never got to speak to anyone. Stayed on the phone for 25 minutes before hanging up. I am self pay. They said I needed to contact the hospital in order to get them to DC the oxygen when the prescription was only written for one month of use. Been paying different amounts for 6 months. From 179.00 to 289.00.

My doctor gave me a prescription for a wheelchair September 2020I submitted the document to the Lincare Office and I have not gotten a call Ever!??!I don't understandI really have been suffering for a while now trying to walk . The other wheelchair I had , the tires were bad I used it so much and I had to stop using it. That was 4 years ago and I struggle to walk.I will have to try to contact them for the 3rd tim....Covid has effectively shut down Healthcare services

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IN LIVINGSTON. They will charge and double charge you and your insurance company.They will not take care of you unless pressured by your own insurance company. I know this from personal experience.If they can’t get the double charge from you personally or your insurance they will try to send you to collections. Even if it’s for $10.00Besides that issue, once they get a product to you they will no longer return calls or even answer.ONCE AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN LIVINGSTON TX. The Livingston branch is the only one I have dealt with so I can only speak about the experience here.
